P aying for goods in Nigeria just got easier for Android users. Google has launched Google Wallet, which includes Google Pay, in the country, allowing people to pay with a simple tap of their phone or smartwatch. The Al-Nassr forward claimed the maiden B.O.A.T. Ballon d'Or of All Time award after fans worldwide chose his first Ballon d'Or year as the best. Unlike the regular Ballon d'Or, which is decided by journalists from different countries, the winner was chosen by fans voting on France Football's digital platform. Only players who have won the Ballon d'Or more than once were eligible. The shortlist included Johan Cruyff, Michel Platini, Marco van Basten, Karl-Heinz Rummenigge, K...

According to a report by The New York Times, based on a wrongful death lawsuit filed by the family, Bowen Wan was found lifeless in her Seattle apartment in February. The official cause of death was a complication of epilepsy, a condition she had managed for over ten years. Wan was on a phone call with her father, who lives in China, when she suddenly went quiet. Her father believed she was having a seizure, something she had lived with for years. When she recovered, she told him she needed to rest and would call back later. Days later, when she stopped answering calls, her worried parents, Qun Wan and Meiqin Xu, asked a friend in Seattle to check on her. They watched through a video call as the friend discovered her body. What makes her death painful for her family is what they found afterwards. Wan had bee...
