E nugu Air says it will start flights to London Gatwick on December 10, 2026. According to the airline, the service will operate four times a week and will carry passengers from Lagos, Enugu and other parts of Nigeria. Tickets are already on sale. The flights will be operated in partnership with Omni-Blu Aviation (OBA). Enugu Air said the route aligns with the plan of Enugu State Governor, Dr Peter Ndubuisi Mbah, to expand the state's international links. The airline said an Airbus A330-200, leased on an ACMI basis from Portuguese carrier EuroAtlantic, will be used on the route. Enugu Air Chief Executive Officer, Captain Tolu Ita, said the launch marks a step in the airline's international expansion. He said it reflects the company's plan to widen global connections and the governor's goal of linking Enugu to more opportunities.
